Additional Information

Shop Rate

- A minimum of 1 hour will be charged for each visit,

even if the service requires less time to complete.

- When the tasks to be performed are large and complex, such as roof membrane replacement, roof repairs, or damaged slide-outs, a total price for the work will be provided in advance.

- Certain tasks need to be done on an hourly basis. Diagnostics for unusual anomalies, leveling systems, and slide-outs are charged at an hourly rate.

- Once the price for the work is agreed upon based on industry standards, both parties are protected: The Client will not worry about the clock, and the RVix’s Technician will have the incentive to complete the work more quickly and with higher quality.

Trip Fee

- We charge only for the trip to your location, not for the return trip. Each service call incurs an on-site trip fee, even if we are already within the same RV park or area.

- For a service that require more than one visit, the trip fee will be charged at 100% for the first visit, 75% for the second and 50% for the third visit.

Hazmat

- A rate of $140 per hour will be applied to hazmat-related work, such as holding tanks, macerator pumps, waste valves, and clogs in the pipes.
